BONSAI is a feature-length documentary by award winner film Producer and Director Holly Mosher. Shot on Location in Bangladesh, BONSAI features in-depth interviews with visionary and social entrepreneur and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammed Yunas and also profiles women who were the recipients of microcredit loans from Yunas’ Grameen Companies. Yunas has for thirty years tackled systemic issues of poverty, hunger and disease with simple scalable solutions. Another goal of BONSAI is to inspire young entrepreneurs to embrace the ideas of social businesses as a means to peaceably transform our society by empowering women and unleashing their inner potential and creating solidarity circles.
