This has been an incredible week at Queen City Opera. We just found out that we are the inaugural recipient of the new “REIMAGINE MUSIC” Award from Music2Life, in recognition of our work at the intersection of opera and social justice. We also won generous grants from ArtsWave, the Elsa Heisel Sule Foundation, and the Puffin Foundation West.
On top of all that, we learned that our recent production of Wagner’s Siegfried is in the running for the prestigious American Prize!
If you would like to join together with these amazing organizations in supporting the work we do, we still have some sponsorship opportunities available for our upcoming production of Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta, presented in collaboration with Cincinnati Association for Blind and Visually Impaired.
This is shaping up to be an incredible production that you do not want to miss, so get your tickets now!
See you soon,
Isaac Selya
