This second annual festival will be expanded to highlight the many cultures and arts tradition of the people of central Ohio, broadening reach and celebration of differences beyond the traditional geographical boundaries of Dublin, Ohio. BREAD 2017 is an opportunity for the community to share in quality arts experiences, and educate residents and visitors about the cultural diversity in Dublin and central Ohio. This is a FREE festival for all. The Bread festival will also benefit individuals withy limited English proficiency through art making, performance and cultural activities offered in a number of languages. The Dublin Arts Council (DAC) under the incredible leadership of Dr. David S. Guion, will provide a welcoming environment that encourages participation, insight, and tolerance and ultimately change.
