Dublin Arts Council (DAC) continues its planning of their third community gathering of the Art & Wellness Discovery Series. (www.dublinarts.org) It is an initiative that deeply explores how the nature of art can nurture personal and community wellness. The event’s date and time will have to be confirmed by you but it was/is scheduled to be held in Scioto Park and this park was selected as 30 years ago the DAC dedicated LEATHERLIPS by artist Ralph Helmick of Boston which was the 1st permanent, large scale, site specific sculpture in Dublin’s public art collection. The event will feature a range of art experiences as well as spark a dialogue around the topic of community and personal well-being.
