AN ART SHOW AND AUTION WHERE KIDS CREATE ART TO SUPPORT ABUSED AND NEGLECTED KIDS!
This will be the second year of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Franklin County Ohio’s event of art work submitted by children (pre-school-high school) being auctioned off with all proceeds going to the benefit the abused and neglected children that CASA serves through their Guardian ad Litem program. The auction is on May 4th.
CASA uses this opportunity to raise awareness of the ongoing plight in these children’s young lives. Guardian ad Litems provide voices to CASA children within the Franklin County Juvenile Court System. The proceeds from the auction will be used in the training of new volunteers to advocate for these abused and neglected children of Franklin County. FYI: Over 1,000 CASA programs serve approximately 400,000 child victims of abuse and neglect across the country nationwide.
