A grant was given to Art Access in UTAH for their work on The DREAMERS PROJECT which is a multi-faceted exploration of immigrant stories and identities through the literary, visual and performing arts. By providing a platform for immigrant stories through art, Art Access which is working closely with the Sorenson Unity Center, (also located in Salt Lake City) hope to start the conversation with the goal of encouraging people to see beyond superficial differences and to recognize our common humanity- thus building a more compassionate and engaged community.
