Please know that the entire Dublin Arts Council staff and board is extremely grateful for Puffin Foundation’s 2023 confirmed support! The grant award will go a long way in providing impact through our “Discover Dublin Art” project, to be presented throughout the year.
Because of Puffin Foundation West’s fervent support, DAC was able to spearhead two impactful projects. The first, Discover Dublin Art, raised significant awareness of Dublin’s self-guided, on-demand and self-curated arts experiences
through marketing efforts, hotelier awareness and program development.
For the second endeavor, DAC is expanding Dublin’s public art collection by investing in a new series ofenvironmentallyconsciousCracking Art sculptures. Cracking Art, a group of artists in Italy, create colorful sculptures utilizing recycled, nontoxic plastic. DAC will offer dynamic, community-driven programming to
activate the sculptures and spark conversations around such topics as sustainability and the environment
