In 2014 the Puffin Foundation West provided $2500 in additional funding that year in support the OEC http://www.theOEC.org ability to complete the Video HARNESSING THE WIND which inspired Ohioans that small towns can be brought back from the brink of disappearing through the investment in clean renewable energy. The Ohio Environmental Council is embarking on a new campaign that will tell the stories of how people have made a difference by captivating more citizens’ moving stories, videos, and photography.
