You may recall that one of the initiatives that PFW has undertaken the last few years was to bring Diversity Vendors to Community Events as ComFest, Hot Times in Olde Town and coming up at and final Independents’ Day. Under the incredible the leadership of Gale Gray and Timothy Wolfe Starr 11 vendors will be selling products native to their countries (i.e. not made China) or goods and art that they have hand crafted. See our great group of Diversity Vendors above!! PFW has paid all the fees associated with their participation as we wish the Columbus Community at large to recognize how Diverse our City has become and that we are indeed a Metropolis. Put Hot Times on your TO DO weekend calendar and applaud as the 100+ little ones enter the festival when The Children’s Peace Parade from Central Community House- also a PFW sponsored event – arrives at the festival tomorrow late- morning. They are marching to GET THE LEAD OUT of their community! Stay for the Kate Schulte Foundation MAKE JAZZ NOT WAR CONCERT WHICH will have some of the most incredible New Orleans new jazz players and friends on the stage. Below see our tents as the set up begins. Yippee!
