Thank You, Puffin Foundation West. We had a very unique, entertaining performer at our school by Robert Post, actor, mime, puppeteer, juggler and ventriloquist who brought his one-man show to Burroughs Elementary School today. The kids and teachers loved him and he gave the children some much needed exposure to the arts. He was very funny, did a variety of tricks and dances and showed the children all the things you can do if you use your imagination. His performance appealed to our littlest ones in our special needs preschool as well as to our new ESL (English as a Second Language) students (many who speak no English and are recent arrivals from Somalia) and also to all the other students through the fifth grade who were able to see him. I am so appreciative of your kind efforts to provide these enrichments to our students.
