Angele Wood has for almost two decades worked to  supports positive interaction between people and their companion animals and/or animals that they are rescuing/assisting. Positive interaction with animals strengthen personal confidence of people and fosters healthy social behavior. Healthy social behavior fosters good health and personal productivity, thereby strengthening people’s ability to be rewarding members of their communities. The seeds of a strong community can start very small. PAWS gets to see those seeds and support them.PAWS uses positive, non-violent behavior to encourage positive, non-violent behavior.  Her annual Peaceful Dog Wash for the benefit of the Humane Society of Delaware County  is on August 25th.
