Does Paperwork for Legal Immigration Require Empathy?

PFW gave a small grant to  Ogden First  (O1ARTS) a NFP in  Ogden Utah as they had the idea to transform their “vacant  lot gallery without walls” to  explore the LEGAL immigration process.  This project got our support as it will create dialogue between all that visit this exhibit slated to open  in June.  Their idea is to exhibit A STACK OF FORMS  and documents that are involved in the process of obtaining legal residence in the U.S. filtered through the “lens” of an Ogden community member.    Is paperwork daunting or is that part of our culture in these times?  Is having to complete forms and obtain documents absurd? Are answering questions out of the question?

PFW invites the passengers of the   2000 vehicles which will pass this exhibit put on by Ogden First  daily to stop and engage.  Can a stack of paper be oppressive to become a legal resident of the United States of America?   Let them know.
