DOING GOOD WOOD

Peter A. Tucker a tenured professor of art at Fredonia University which is huddled along Lake Erie on the far reaches of western New York State will use his grant money to get wood working tool kits so that environmental enthusiasts can join in the creation of habitats for local endangered animal species, insects/bees and butterflies. Up cycled/recycled discarded locust posts previously used in local vineyards and being an excellent hardwood that is rot resistant will we used and no dumpster in the area will be neglected for a drive by. He is excited about the outreach into the community and the collaborative opportunities this project will create. The local Audubon Community nature Center will host his initial outreach.
