JUST A HUMBLE GUY

The King Arts Center is a Community Arts Project that the entire metropolis of Columbus should experience. We have an incredible event to tell you about that includes live streaming into rural areas   in Ohio, which means that HUMBLE G AND THE AFRIPEANS may be seen in your small hometown too! PFW awarded a Grant so that Humble G and the Afripeans can introduce us to JAZZ HOP during their multi-faceted week which will include a master-class at OSU, residency activities and a performance with the students of the Ohio School for the Deaf on March 27th and on Saturday night March 28th Humble G (also known as Myles Alexander Keaton Smith and still better known as Humble G tha Fiddla) and the Afripeans will take the stage at the KING ARTS CENTER. There will also be a low-cost matinee for students, seniors, and disabled and special needs students on Sunday the 29th at KAC.  This is your opportunity to embrace JAZZ HOP.  The transformative power of art, and in particular the art form of music, has the impact to continue to save lives from the pull of the streets for inner city youth.
