OFF THE STREETS

We’re gonna reach out to our sister, never turning back, turning back

We’re gonna face our future proudly, never turning back, turning back.

MUSE Cincinnati’s Women’s Choir is an inclusive feminist choral community advocating for peace and social justice. They embrace their Mission as global musical ambassadors and value artistic partnership with other leading social justice and women’s organizations. The believe in the promotion of equality for all people and groups for the purpose of ending oppression and injustice for affected persons, families, communities, schools, workplaces, governments and other social and institutional systems. They are artist-activists blending concert and conversation to ignite dialogue that continues after the last note is sung.   For the past five years MUSE has performed for the Off the Streets program in Hamilton County, OH. Off the Streets is an award winning, evidence-based program dedicated to serve the needs of women with histories of sex trafficking and exploitation. PFW’s grant will help Muse educate audience members on the proliferation of human trafficking both locally and globally and prompt social action. www.musechoir.org
