WITH THE CLOSING OF PORK AND CHICKEN PACKAGING PLANTS it may be time to think about all sentient creatures and become plant-based. Try this recipe out  I made for lunch and I doubt you will say “MO’ BACON!”

Gently spray the bottom of a deep baking dish with your favorite organic oil.

Peel and beginning slicing sweet potatoes   into   1/3 inch pieces – line the baking dish and continue with  an additional row

Slice carrots the same way and layer them next

Cover generously with drained  pineapple pieces  packed in their own juice and  add some sliced  kiwi and toss in  a handful of walnuts for texture

Cover all with an  additional layer of  sweet potatoes.  All organic  foods were used.

Cover your baking dish place in an oven for an hour and enjoy  a real real fine ‘n dine. Of course it goes great with WINE.
