PUFFIN/NATION PRIZE FOR CREATIVE CITIZENSHIP

Perry Rosenstein, President of the Puffin Foundation Ltd.,  speaking at the Puffin/Nation Institute Dinner in NYC on Dec 3.  The President of the NAACP, Mr. Benjamin Jealous, was the recipient of the $100,000 prize for 2012.  MSNBC’s Chris Hayes was the Master of Ceremonies and Senator Bernie Sanders gave the keynote  speech  to  an exuberant audiance of 535.  It was a rousing night dedicated to the work and service that still MUST be done.
