SINGING TO MAKE A WEB OF MUTUALITY

The World House Choir also used Zoom to rehearse as singers can be major spreaders or the  global pandemic.   Members learned new songs, and invited guests including Dr. Tammy Kernodle, Prof. of Musicology at Miami University  who presented a session on Black women composers.  In early December the Choir will release their first virtual performance “All Lifted Hearts”.  This past fall   they performed their famous piece from the Missa Gaia: Earth Mass  which also combined videos and  images.  They are working on  their  virtual presentation for the Yellow Springs annual MLK program in January.
