CAP City Festivals

Come and join us at the CAP City Festivals at the following  RecreationCenters during the month of August.  We will offer a free raw food demonstration using the produce provided by the MidOhio Food Bank that you will receive for free when you attend the festival. The festivals offer entertainment from local artist, bounce houses, the COSI van, climbing wall and healthy foods prepared by local restaurants, ALL FOR FREE! Hope to see you there! All festivals start at 7pm.

Pave your way to a healthier lifestyle with our delicious fruit & veggie boxes. The Good Food Boxes will be distributed on the fourth Friday of each month. You must pay for your order by 9pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month. 
We currently sell 3 different size boxes for your individual wellness needs:

$30 for Non-Members

Includes 6-7 fresh fruit and vegetable items
 
Medium
$35.00 for Members
$40.00 for Non-Members

Includes 10 fresh fruit and vegetable items

 
Large
$50.00 for Members
$55.00 for Non-Members

Includes larger amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables plus a whole grain, local dairy or nondairy milk and local eggs or plant based protein.
