The words of empowerment and inspiration that came out of the Annual YWCA of Columbus’ Woman to Woman Luncheon will be hallmarked in a quilt. A 1000 women were asked what Feminism meant to them today:

-“I still need feminism for my daughters. I don’t want society or tradition to dictate who they will be and what they can do!”

-“So little girls can realize their dreams and so that all women know that being bold it okay.”

– “Feminism unlocks the key to equality”

These words from the attendees being women who spanned generations and came from an olio of backgrounds will be stitched together to create a powerful living document personifying the YWCA’s Mission to eliminate racism and empower women!
